Individual Therapy

We will focus on achieving your goals by developing and encouraging: confidence, calmness, creativity, clarity, curiosity, courage, compassion, and connectedness. If you want to create lasting change in your life and move closer to the life you envision for yourself, therapy is a great place to start.

Couples Therapy

Gain insight into your relationship dynamics, communicate productively, stop conflicts before they start, and help repair lingering traumas. Develop the tools to communicate better, negotiate differences, problem solve and learn to disagree in a productive and healthier way.

Learn more about each other and acquire healthy problem-solving skills. Positive results depend on the couple’s motivation and dedication to the process.

Each partner can become a better listener and communicator as they learn to support each other in new ways.

Family Therapy

Family therapy may include all family members or just those able or willing to participate. Goals will depend on your family's situation.

You may address specific issues such as conflict between parents and children, or the impact of substance abuse or a mental illness on the entire family.

Family therapy can be useful in any family situation that causes stress, grief, anger or conflict. I can help you and your family members understand each other better and learn coping skills to foster better communication and increased empathy.

I’d love to help you find your new path.

See how you can work with me to discover how to live with light.
